I’ve always been looking for the perfume you don’t smell everywhere.

I’m Anna, founder of The Muse LA and a lifelong fragrance explorer.

For years, I’ve been exploring fragrance — smelling, comparing, discovering niche houses, and searching for scents that make you stop and wonder, What is that?

I’ve never been interested in perfume simply because everyone is talking about it. What excites me is finding something unexpected — a composition I haven’t smelled before, a hidden gem, or a fragrance that stays in my memory long after I’ve worn it.

That search eventually became The Muse LA.

The Muse is my personal edit of fragrances I believe are genuinely worth discovering — from niche and hard-to-find finds to unexpected scents you may have overlooked.

And I don’t believe you should have to buy a $400 bottle just to find out if a fragrance is really you.

That’s why I offer decants: so you can wear a scent on your own skin, live with it, and decide if it deserves a place in your collection.

I don’t want The Muse to have the biggest perfume catalog.

I want it to have the most interesting one.
