Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. The Muse LA offers decants made from authentic fragrances purchased from trusted retailers and sources. We do not sell replicas, inspired-by fragrances, or fragrance oils presented as original perfumes.
What is a decant?
A decant is a smaller amount of fragrance transferred from an original full-size bottle into a separate atomizer.
It gives you the opportunity to experience a fragrance properly — on your skin, in different weather, and over several wears — without committing to a full bottle.
Are your decants manufacturer samples?
No. Unless specifically stated otherwise, our decants are hand-decanted by The Muse LA from original full-size fragrance bottles. They are not samples produced or packaged by the fragrance brand.
The Muse LA is an independent fragrance retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the fragrance brands represented in our decants.
What sizes do you offer?
Most fragrances are available in 2 ml, 5 ml, and 10 ml sizes. Availability may vary by fragrance.
How do I choose a size?
2 ml — perfect for discovering a fragrance and wearing it several times.
5 ml — ideal when you already like the scent or want enough time to really experience it.
10 ml — a great option for a fragrance you love without committing to a full bottle.
How are the decants prepared?
Each decant is prepared individually and packaged carefully for your order. We take care to keep the fragrance protected and presentation clean from filling through shipment.
Why can the color of my fragrance look different?
The natural color of a fragrance may vary depending on its composition, concentration, age, and batch. Some fragrances are nearly clear, while others may be yellow, amber, pink, or darker.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of fragrance decants and personal-use products, all fragrance sales are final.
Please review the fragrance and size carefully before ordering. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims are reviewed individually according to our Return & Refund Policy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders require processing before shipment. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service selected or available for the order.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
