SHIPPING POLICY
The Muse LA currently ships within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Standard Ground Shipping is $6.99.
Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Estimated Delivery
Standard Ground Shipping typically takes approximately 5–8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address or contact information provided with your order.
Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label has been created.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If tracking shows a delay or other delivery issue, please contact us so we can assist with determining the appropriate next steps.
An order marked as “delivered” by the carrier is not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement. Any claim will be reviewed individually based on the available tracking and delivery information.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and follow the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier regulations applicable to fragrance products, certain shipping methods or destinations may be unavailable. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to legally or safely ship it to the destination provided.
